April 21-22, 2010 | Call Contact Center Conference

The 4th Call Contact Center conference organized by Computerworld took place on April 20-21, 2010. otherWise took a part in a workshops session of this conference. Michał Sawicki from otherWise gave the lecture about implementation of skill-based routing mechanism in call centers, pros and cons. We thank all our attendees and the organizers of the workshops.
